Cinthia Arguijo

Cinthia Arguijo is senior development associate at The Examination.
She has over a decade of experience in fundraising, international cooperation, institutional development and project management. Most recently, as development coordinator at the Seattle International Foundation, she led resource mobilization strategies, managed the grant cycle and built lasting donor relationships in support of civil society, independent media and civic leadership in Central America. Earlier in her career, she led fundraising and community programs at Good Neighbors Guatemala and contributed to cooperation and cultural diplomacy initiatives at the South Korean embassy in Honduras.
Cinthia lives in Guatemala and speaks Spanish and English. In her free time, she enjoys building intricate Lego sets, strength training at the gym, trying new baking recipes and having a good cup of coffee with friends and family.
