Impact Producer

Funmibi Ogunlesi is an impact producer for The Examination. She works in narrative change for social justice movements and impact production for documentary film, specializing in framing and messaging research and development for progressive campaigns. 

Previously Funmibi worked at the New Economy Organisers Network, where she worked with campaigners, spokespeople and organizations to develop powerful messaging about key issues. She has worked with organizations like Amnesty International UK and Open Rights Groups on new narratives around policing, surveillance and technology. 

Funmibi is the co-founder of ooto,  an impact production agency that designs and delivers campaigns for documentaries tackling today’s urgent political issues. Most recently, she led  on the impact campaign for Asif Kappadia’s documentary 2073, curating a program of workshops, webinars and screenings around how to build alternatives to Big Tech.
