Family blames ‘forever chemicals’ in water for slew of health issues

In Pedricktown, New Jersey, Richard and Kim Bond spend their days seeking treatment for their many ailments, which they blame on exposure to PFAS and other forever chemicals. The family is four years into a legal battle with Arkema and Solvay Specialty Polymers, the current and former owners of a nearby chemical plant. The family says the companies are to blame for their daughter Christina’s health problems. The companies dispute their claims.
